Q. When I subscribe to The Real Estate Recruiting System am I locked into a contract?

A. No. We don’t believe in locking you into a contract. If you are not happy with our services, you can cancel anytime.

Q. Do I need to order a minimum number of printed newsletters?

A. We have no minimum order quantity. You can order as few or as many newsletters as you want. What’s important to us is the quality of names not the quantity.

Q. Do I have to order printed newsletters every month?

A. No. We publish the Direct Mail Newsletter every month; but you have the ability to opt out as of the issue cancellation deadline date we set each month. All you need to do is inform us by email that you don’t want us to print a particular month and we will hold your account.

Q. How often can I make artwork and copy changes?

A. You can make artwork and copy changes every month. In fact, we encourage it. The more you make your newsletter personal to you and your company, the more effective it will be.

Q. How do I make artwork and copy changes?

A. It’s easy, all you need to do is email us the words and we’ll create the artwork for you.

Q. Why do you mail the newsletter in an envelope?

A. Mail received in an envelope is perceived to be more valuable. However, our custom designed window envelope will show your branding.

Q. Whose data is it? When I put my database on your servers, who owns it?

A. Your database is 100% yours.

Q. Do you share or sell my database or personal information to anyone?

A. Absolutely not! As a customer, all of your data and personal information is private and will never be sold, rented, shared, reviewed, loaned, or in any way used by anyone but you. For additional security, please do not share your login information with anyone.

Q. What happens to my contact records if I cancel?

A. Your database belongs to you, not us. If you cancel, you can easily download your contact records into a convenient EXCEL spreadsheet format.

Q. Can I import my contact database from another system?

A. Yes. You can import your contacts from a wide variety of contact management systems including: Outlook, Outlook Express, Act, Top Producer, and many others.

Q. How is my data backed up?

A. Since all of your information is stored on our safe, secure servers, you never need to worry about backing up your data yourself. Of course, we perform our own daily backups to protect against unlikely catastrophic events.
